MS Access database is used for various purpose but it may happen that it get corrupted or face some errors. The error 3045 is most common error faced by the user it generally appears when the user attempt to open the database files while different users or instance of Access has previously open it up. Or it might also happen that the other user made some modification or changes in the database like editing modules that put the database in limited mode or they may open the database in the exclusive mode.
